Y ou know it takes effort to become fit. Having a Fitbit on your wrist can make that effort easier! In 2019, our members whose employers have recently renewed their True Health New Mexico coverage are eligible to receive discounted pricing and a credit toward a Fitbit. Here’s how our Fitbit True Wellness Program works: 1. Check with your benefits administrator or human resources depart- ment to make sure you are eligible to participate. 2.  Log in to the True Health New Mexico member portal at truehealth newmexico.com/my-account-login.aspx . If you haven’t logged in before, you will need to register first. You can log in from a desktop computer or your mobile device. You also can download the True Health New Mexico mobile app from the member portal login page. 3. After logging in, select the A.D.A.M. Health Risk Assessment (HRA) link on the right side of the home page and complete the HRA. 4. After you complete the assessment, you will see a report on potential health risks and how to address them, as well as areas where you are doing well. You can print, download or email the report and share it with your primary care doctor. 5. At the bottom of the report are instructions on how to claim your Fitbit promo code. Note: You will need to have your True Health New Mexico ID card handy. Print or jot down your promo code. 6. After you apply your promo code in the True Health New Mexico Fitbit store, you can shop for the Fitbit you want and see the dis- counted prices. Already own a Fitbit? You can use your promotional credit to upgrade your device. After you receive your Fitbit, download the Fitbit app to your smart- phone. Then the fun begins!
